Terms of use
In effect from October 12, 2026
Shrinkflated is run by Rightek I.T. Services Ltd in Edmonton, Alberta. By using the site or the app, or sending us anything, you agree to these terms.
The record
- Shrinkflated is free to use. Records are provided as they are, to help shoppers notice size and recipe changes.
- Records marked Reported or Suspected haven't been checked by us. Treat them as leads, not verdicts. Each record says how far it has been checked and links its sources.
- Prices and sizes change, and packs differ between stores and countries. Check the pack in front of you before you rely on a record.
What you send us
- You confirm your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You confirm you took any photo you send, or have the right to share it.
- You let Shrinkflated publish, crop, edit and display your report and photos, on the site, in the app and when sharing or talking about Shrinkflated. This permission is free, worldwide and doesn't stop you using your own photos anywhere else. We don't publish your name.
- Don't send reports you know are false, photos of people's faces, anyone's personal information, someone else's photos, spam, or anything abusive or illegal.
What we do
- We may edit, correct, relabel or remove any record or photo, and block anyone who abuses the site.
- Anyone, including a brand, can ask us to correct or remove a record through the corrections form or by email. We'll review it and fix what's wrong.
- We never take money from the brands we track.
Reusing the record
You're welcome to quote and link to records with credit to Shrinkflated. Product data from Open Food Facts stays under its own licence, explained on the Method page.
Limits
As far as the law allows, Rightek I.T. Services Ltd isn't responsible for decisions you make based on the site, or for losses from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada.
